You agree to use EnsureDeal only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform for spamming or harassment.
  • Scrape or resell data from EnsureDeal without permission.
  • Violate any applicable data protection laws (including DPDP Act 2023).

3. Subscription and Billing

EnsureDeal is valid for the duration of your paid subscription. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

EnsureDeal is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost profits or data resulting from the use of our service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
